La maratona a staffetta cui parteciperò sabato richiede 5 frazionisti di cui la terza donna e il quarto over 45. Considerando che la tendenza vede un aumento del running femminile e di quello della terza età ci avviamo verso il ribaltamento descritto nella vignetta… – Saturday I’ll run a relay marathon. Each team has 5 members, third must be female and fourth over 45. There is evidence of a positive trend both in female and senior running, so we’re going towards an overturn as in the sketch… AM, Villa Pamphili. 3.5km L, 1km (3’52), 1km L, 1km (3’50), 1km L, 1km 4’00), STR e defatigamento. Ho fatto 6.5km alla media di 4’30, ma il mio obbiettivo per sabato è 4’15! Link to this article
