Che vi devo dire, sul rettilineo di via Leone XIII non c’è alberello che non mi prenda a schiaffi (a meno che non corra piegato in due, ma stavo a tirà!) – The sidewalk where I train is spotted by small trees that slap me as I pass by. What have I done to them? AM, Villa Pamphili. 3.5km L, 1km (3’52), 1km L, 1km (3’52), 0.5 km L. Oggi ho dormito poco e ho fatto un allenamento un po’ breve. Il prossimo obbiettivo è la maratona a staffetta di villa Borghese, cinque frazionisti di cui una donna e un over 45 (di questi ultimi ne abbiamo a bizzeffe…). Link to this article
