L’idea in realtà l’ha avuta Stefano che mi ha accompagnato anche stamattina. Bisogna arrivare al traguardo con il sacchetto pieno, o addirittura riempirlo durante il percorso. – “Could you please bring the garbage out?”. This morning chore was the hint for the Trash Marathon: you must run with your garbage or even pick it up during the race. AM, Villa Pamphili. 7km L, 3km (13’04), 3km L, STR. Chi si rivede, il ritmo gara (4’20/km)! Doveva essere un fondo progressivo, ma l’ultimo tratto è su strada, e non mi va di finire sotto una macchina. Link to this article

Stefano è stato operato ad una brutta ernia, ma ciò non gli ha impedito di gareggiare alla Roma Ostia. Ogni tanto però fa il fesso e sottopone le vertebre ad uno sforzo. Era quasi un mese ormai che non correva più, oggi mi ha accompagnato per quasi tutto il fondo. – Stefano was operated at his spine, and sometimes forces it.
