Che vi devo dire, sul rettilineo di via Leone XIII non c’è alberello che non mi prenda a schiaffi (a meno che non corra piegato in due, ma stavo a tirà!) – The sidewalk where I train is spotted by small trees that slap me as I pass by. Mentre si concludeva il secondo grado del disgustosamente mediatico processo Meredith, l’ex ministro Alfano ne approfittava per azzuppare il pane nella riforma della giustizia. Quale giustizia per le varie Amande sfruttate negli scantinati del Sud? – While Meredith process came to an end, ex minister Alfano asked himself how much did it erode the credibility of italian justice. La mancanza di ossigeno al cervello si fa sentire, si fanno le supposizioni più strane. Probabilmente l’abbeveratoio era alimentato dall’acquedotto dell Acqua Paola, così come le fontane della villa… – Before realizing that it was a watering tub, I thought it was a sarcophagus… in the middle of the street. Annualmente occorre fare la visita medica agonistica, per gli ultra quarantenni è vivamente consigliato il cicloergometro. L’anno scorso qualcosa era andato storto per cui mi ero sottoposto ad una serie di altre analisi, quest’anno tutto bene. C’era anche il ventilatore che simulava il vento della corsa! – Each year you need a physical exam that allows agonistic activity. The old guys perform a cycle-ergometric test. Last year something went bad, so I had to deepen the examinations. This year I was in good shape, although breaking at 300W! Link to this article
