Il giorno prima di una gara è conveniente correre qualche km per sciogliersi le gambe. Sono uscito con mia moglie in bicicletta e mi sono fatto un po’ tirare, eccedendo nella velocità. E tanto per non farsi mancare nulla il sole era già alto, in modo da simulare le condizioni di gara. – It’s ok to run in the wake of a bike, better if it has a speedometer… AM/PM, Tarquinia. 3km RG, 3km FL. Beh, in fondo anche fare inversione ad U sull’autostrada è una manovra… – Up to few months ago, Berlusconi said that crisis had not attained Italy’s economy.  Fermo restando che ognuno può andare vestito come gli pare senza che nessuno abbia nulla a ridire, il panorama osservabile nei luoghi frequentati da runner mi rafforza nel convincimento: l’abbigliamento è un’istanza fondamentale (attenzione, nella vignetta ho un po’ esagerato con i fiocchetti). – Clothing is a fundamental issue.
