Per la prima volta della stagione mi infilo la maglietta invernale. Primo allenamento dopo l’opaca prova alla maratona a staffetta. Cercherò di fare fondi lenti e progressivi durante la settimana e qualche lavoretto nel week-end. Link to this article

In punto di morte Steve Jobs ha scribacchiato su un tovagliolo le caratteristiche delle prossime quattro invenzioni che ci cambieranno la vita. L’ho ritrovato pulendo la sua stanza (il tovagliolo) e sono in grado di farvi qualche anticipazione. Un fitto lancio di mele gravitazionali ha mietuto vittime sia tra i pacifici manifestanti che tra le forze dell’ordine, sabato a piazza S. Giovanni. “Non c’è mai un fisico quando se ne ha bisogno…” ha commentato una indignata Gelmini, “…e tutto questo nel paese che ha dato i natali a Cartesio e a Gillo Pontecorvo!” Ma se anche lo trovaste (il fisico), il suo cervello sarà sicuramente fuggito all’estero… – During the “indignados” march in Rome last saturday, several among peaceful protesters and policemen were injured by apple throwing. La maratona a staffetta non è andata benissimo, la prima squadra è arrivata quarta, le altre due non erano all’altezza. Ho fatto un po’ di errori nella preparazione che mi hanno portato ad un risultato personale deludente, le vignette raccontano tutto. Sull’altro piatto della bilancia abbiamo una villa Borghese splendida ed una manifestazione molto piacevole. – I didn’t run very well in the relay marathon, due to some errors in the preparation. On the other hand villa Borghese was wonderful, and the race in itself is enjoyable. Link to this article
