Mi sveglio presto la mattina (alle 5), esco verso le sei per un’oretta di corsa. A volte capita che le preoccupazioni della giornata ti tengano sveglio per un po’, a quel punto ho capito che l’allenamento mattutino è praticamente inutile… – I wake up early in the morning (at 5), I start running at six for an hour or so. A volte mi capita che, a parte l’allenamento stesso, non abbia argomenti per la vignetta. Siamo usciti io e Stefano, abbiamo fatto qualche ripetuta, io ho cronometrato.
