Invitati a Trecchina da amici (nei pressi di Maratea, tanto per intenderci) mi impegno in un allenamento che riempirebbe di orgoglio Walter Serra: quaranta minuti di ascensione (ammetto di aver camminato nei tratti più appesi) e venti di discesa a rotta di collo. Sperimento sia per la salita che per la discesa un andamento un po’ dinoccolato, baricentro basso, conservazione dell’energia. Cadere in salita… – Trecchina is near Maratea, in southern Italy. Quante volte vi hanno fermato dicendo: “Ti ho visto correre…”? Un minimo di complicità nasce spontanea, uno scambio di impressioni e di consigli. Per chi ha bisogno di scambiare quattro parole la risposta è una: uscite e correte… – “Weather is excellent, and we have this long week end to do some work outs…” This guy is a driving license instructor. Mi sono ispirato alle targhe alterne di questi giorni. In realtà l’uracile si usa nell’RNA, non nel DNA… -“Those whose DNA ends with “A” will eat first week of the month, “C”, “G” and “T” will follow…” -“What about “U”, I’m “U”…” -“Nope, I don’t have any “U” over here…” Actually uracil can be found in RNA, not DNA.
