In 2006 the Crack! comic convention was dedicated to italian artist Stefano Tamburini, father of Ranxerox. I was invited to make my contribution, delivering this vectorial drawing inspired to Tamburini’s xerox manipulations (see Snake Agent, third image). You can download the AutoCAD code (127KB, plot any size), and a GIF file (print A4 size,508KB) of my entry. Link to this article

Scanning my disk I found this small sample of 3D animation (workflow goes from Autocad to Flash via Lightwave). A microscopic battleship under attack (flash animation, 150KB). Related links: Fantastic VoyageNanotechnology. OMICRON was the provisional name for the ZYMACHI saga. PLACEBOT was discarded too. Here’s an idea for an art show. Giant letters in different fonts are coupled on the wall. Visitors are invited to recognize themselves in the display. An effort of symbolization. Link to this article

MP5

09 Gen 2007

Maria Pia Cinque is a very talented artist. Her style is sharp and cold, as I like it. I saw her extra-large comics at the Comik Shake exhibition, giant xeroxes, black tape and a cut-knife. Comik Shake was organized by Crack! (www.mpcinque.com) MP5 is also the name of a machine-gun. Perfect! Link to this article
